HS-B19 is a non polymerized high molecular weight hindered amine light stabilizer. It has a very significant effect on enhancing the long-term light aging resistance of the resin. HS-B19 is also an effective antioxidant, which can significantly improve the long-term thermal stability of resins as the main anti hydrogen agent.
Fiber, film and flat wire (PP, PE, PA, PET), greenhouse film,
polyester film, automotive specific materials, non-woven fabric and
tarpaulin, powder coating.
The recommended addition amount is about 0.2-0.6%, depending on the
required performance of the polymer and finished components.
Long term stability can usually be achieved at 0.5-0.6%. Usually
adding 0.2-0.4% is applied for basic stability.
It is best to use twin-screw for the addition of polymer melt in
order to achieve optimal dispersion.
